Food and the weather go hand-in-glove. Sometimes, there’s just no getting away from it. This week it’s been hot – very hot, in fact – and that changes what, where, and when we want to eat. A mouthwatering watermelon and feta salad from Lost In The Lanes has me obsessed. |

Over the weekend, Nick, Ivanka and Eva shared a treat of a Sunday roast at TERRA at Tottington Manor, ordering extra pigs in blankets, stuffing and impressively - extra pudding!
As part of our ongoing collaboration with the University of Brighton, we hosted a sustainability workshop at Platf9rm focused on waste solutions for hospitality. It was attended by winners of the BRAVOS Sustainability Champions category, who feature in our Sustainable Restaurants Guide. You can read more about it here.
Team lunch was at Wild Flor - almost the whole gang this time! We feasted on marinated bream with sour cherries, green beans, peach and almond salad, chalkstream trout with melon, cucumber and nasturtiums and more. But the talking point was muscovado ice cream ‘affogato’ with a sherry pour. Nuff said. |
