We’ve been busy interviewing some of the city’s brightest stars: Black Rock’s new executive chef Kim Woodward; twins Beth and Lauren, the sous chefs at newly Michelin-starred Maré; Monika Prikk, head chef at Apiary and more. |

I was at the opening of Sophie Taverner’s new Hove deli – At The Table last night – a unique and marvellous addition to this Hove neighbourhood. Meanwhile, Jude was living it up at Pearly Cow. Emily loved the classic roast with a sweet Greek twist at Nostos – read all about it here.
