Hosted at Sea Lanes, the event focused on collaboration, innovation and real-world solutions that can help shape the future of hospitality. |

Grow Your Hospitality Business |
More than 300 local business leaders have developed new skills and confidence through the University of Brighton’s Help to Grow Management Course. Many have come from Brighton and Sussex’s hospitality sector, including Restaurants Brighton partners. In this interview, Stella from Woodfire Camping shares how the 12-week programme and one-to-one mentoring helped her business, the lessons she learned and the changes she has implemented since.
