Hello Brighton, Hove and Sussex!

It’s National Burger Day today. There’s also a Bank Holiday weekend to plan for and, as you may well expect, Brighton, Hove and Sussex have plenty of treats in store. Buckle up, it’s a Bank Holiday Bonanza!

Luckily, there is still time to indulge and of course we have some suggestions on where or how to get involved this National Burger Day:

Go and try Matador Burger in Hove - you won’t regret it
MEATliquor has their Black Palace Burger for one day only
Burger and Lobster - well it’s all in the name

Bank Holiday food and drink

I was very serious when I mentioned that there are plenty of treats in store this weekend. We always like to start by planning the food. We find that once the food plans are in place, everything else comes together:

Bayon Bakery - open 7:30am-3:30pm on the bank holiday Monday and doing a limited edition special HOT breakfast sandwich
Cin Cin – Summer Spritz Terrace Party on Saturday, and their Bank Holiday Sunday Lunch menu
Wild Flor – the Sunday Lunch Club returns for the long weekend
Terra at Tottington Manor – a Seafood Weekender for a taste of the coast
Bonsai x Vine Street Tap - pop-up Sunday 24th

Music and parties

It’s not often we opt for a separate entertainment list. Today we had no choice but to talk about the options for some booze and beats events:

Hove Place – swing and jazz with David Williams on Friday
Tapestry – live music, 2-for-1 drinks and plenty of atmosphere
Bohemia – The White Party - wear white for 50% off their white cocktail menu
The Dorset – MOD Weekender, marking 20 years of sixties style on the seafront.
Shelter Hall – DJs all weekend: Saturday 1–10pm, Sunday 1–8pm.
The Sportsman Pub – Platinum Sounds event.
For the Love Garden Party at The New Inn, Hurst - Great tunes & bbq all day.

It’s National Dog Day on Tuesday 26th. As a team who love our four-legged family members, we like to make sure they can join us on as many outings as possible. If you are of a similar disposition, we’ve got you and your furry friends covered.

RB Diary

Due to the holiday season Team RB is still a skeleton crew this week and the 3 of us are very ready for that extra day this weekend. Before we sign off on the newsletter, we’d like to remind you to pop along to the pier to check out the End of the Pier show, we’re certainly planning to.
